Chairman of the board: Amanda N. Mihigo
Amanda is a distinguished leader with a strong background in community development and healthcare. She has honed her expertise through various roles, including her current position as the Country Director of the renowned Beyond Success Global Initiative founded by Dr. John C. Maxwell, and as Co-Founder & Senior Partner at the INA Hub. Amanda brings a wealth of skills in project management, effective communication, and problem-solving, all underscored by her authenticity, determination, and a hint of humor. Deeply passionate about helping people blossom and achieve their potential, Amanda envisions the same for Africa—to see the continent flourish and attain its vast potential.
Team leader: Eugene Twagirimana
Eugene Twagirimana is a young agripreneur and community development practitioner who has facilitated over 50 start up projects in Rwanda especially with Youths and women. He worked as church and community mobiliser for 10 years in different Christian NGO’s with aim of empowering the church and communities to be an agent of holistic transformation. Eugene is a public speaking coach with linguistic skills in Kinyarwanda , French , English and Swahili which made him to be awarded an interterminal competent communicator certificate by Toastmasters International . Eugene has got diverse Expertise and Educational background with diploma in Languages ,Diploma in Religious studies , Bachelor's degree in Community Leadership from global Life long Learning University (California) , Bachelor’s degree in Law from University of Rwanda ,Master degree in transformational development from Eastern college Australia.
Yves Kwizera is a dedicated and talented agricultural specialist with a wealth of expertise in the field. He has a strong commitment to fighting food security in Africa through the Africa Food Initiative and has spent the past 3 years delivering comprehensive agricultural services in Rwanda and abroad. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Crop Production from the University of Rwanda.
Davis Serunjogi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, specializing in Accounting and Finance. With a passion for music and creativity, he has served in the Creative Arts Department at Watoto Church and managed the Communications Department at CMPI in Rwanda. Currently, he is the CFO and a managing partner at INA Leader and an executive promoter for the John Maxwell program, Beyond Success in Rwanda. Davis also contributes to the Africa Food Initiative Rwanda in the accounts department,

Agriprenuer and reseacher in agri business sector.

Joselyne Abimana is a young agripreneur and progressive researcher who is not only having the passion in agribusiness but also having the profession in that field. She is a bachelor's degree holder in Biotechnology department ( option: food Biotechnology) from Institute d' Enseignement Superieur de Ruhengeri (INES- Ruhengeri).
