Holder of master's degree in psychologue from the University of Ouagadougou in 2004 and a master's degree in communication and marketing.
Ms Bonzi completed her studies with training in transactional analysis and neurolinguistic programming respectively in Paris and Lyon in 2016. She also strengthened her skills and capacities in labour law, conflict and change management - Ouagadougou, April 2013. Management and performance optimization - Ouagadougou, March 2014, strategic planning, risk management, dashboard and performance indicator, Paris, September 2015.
She has nearly 17 years of professional experience in the private sector, successively as an excecutive and director at Apidon, in particular, but also as consultant, teacher and trainer. She has participated in numerous socio-économic and statistical studies with the Apidon Research and Survey institute among state public structures, banks and international organizations such as UNDP Niger
and UNICEF..
Hanniel Koala is a seasoned entrepreneur at a young age with many experiences .
In 2020 he created a communication structure called IRMEYA GROUP SARL where with his collaborators they took up the ultimate challenge of highlighting Burkinabe national expertise for the whole world to see.

By training, he is a financial engineer, graduated in Paris and a specialist of financial markets.
He is the CEO of AgriMinga which is a technological soilless agriculture company which aims to popularize agricultural technology in sub-Saharan Africa through smart greenhouses and management and forecasting technologies based on Artificial Intelligence.
Today he is keen to make his contribution to the African agricultural sector, through innovation and the use of environmentally friendly methods.
